In an effort to enhance roll out of inclusive education in higher learning institutions, NAD in partnership with enabling education network (EENET) trained 43 principal trainers (Lecturers) – (16 Females, 27 Males) from 15 Teacher Colleges of Education and 6 universities with Faculties of Education, in additional modules 6 and 7 after having earlier covered modules 1-5.
The participants underwent 6 days of intensive training in module 6 and 7, at Mika Convention centre, Chongwe.The 2 modules, 6 and 7 are aimed at promoting active learning in the classroom and developing learner participation respectively.
