The Norwegian Association of Disabled (NAD) and Diakonia, the Swedish development organisation, has supported the rights of persons with disabilities in Palestine and the capacity-building of their organisations since the early 1990s.
Palestinian Disabled People’s Organisations (DPOs) are involved in all phases of the programme, from design to evaluation.
